How this site handles what you send.

This note is written in plain language for this website. It is not legal advice.

Last updated 16 October 2026.

What I collect

  • Inquiry form: your name, email, company website if you share one, the problem, the outcome you want, the type of support, a budget range, whether the need is one-time or ongoing, and when you want to begin.
  • Newsletter: your email and, if you provide it, your name.
  • Technical data: the site host keeps ordinary server logs. Analytics runs only when an analytics ID is configured.

Why

  • To reply to your inquiry and decide whether we should work together.
  • To send the guide you requested and, if you subscribed, occasional notes on technology and business decisions.
  • To understand which pages help the right clients find the practice.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and emailed to me. Email is sent through the hosting server unless a dedicated email service is connected later. Fonts are self-hosted, so the site does not ask Google Fonts to load them.

Analytics and scheduling

Analytics is not currently enabled. No analytics script is loaded.

No scheduling tool is connected yet.

Sharing

I do not sell personal information. It is shared with the companies that host the site, send email, or schedule calls, only so they can do that work, or if the law requires it.

How long, and your choices

Inquiry records are kept long enough to manage the conversation and any work that follows. You can ask me to review, correct, or delete what I hold. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by replying to a message. If you are in a region with a privacy law, including the GDPR or CCPA, you may have additional rights, and I will honor a reasonable request.

Cookies

WordPress sets cookies for administrators who log in. Visitors who only read the site are not asked to create an account. Optional tools described above may set cookies once they are turned on.
